For the last couple of years YMUN delegates and staff have been lodging at the Sutton Place. This hotel is located in the heart of Toronto, and is directly across from Queen's Park.

The Sutton Place Hotel has 311 guestrooms and suites that offer the following amenities and services to our delegates:

Hotel Fees*

For a guestroom with a double bed for single or double occupancy the rate is:
$115 + 13% = **$129.95**

For a guestroom with two double beds for triple occupancy the rate is:
$135 + 13% = **$152.55**

For a guestroom with two double beds for quadruple occupancy the rate is:
$155 + 13% = **$175.15**

PLEASE TAKE NOTE OF THE FOLLOWING:

1) Reservations will be accepted on a space availability basis.

2) These rates will only be available when your registration to our conference is complete. Once your registration has been accepted, our secretariat will send you a reservation code. When you get this code you will be able to either call The Sutton Place Hotel to book your room, or you can book online.

3) Reservations must be made no later than Friday February 12, 2010, fourteen days prior to your group arrival date.

Call-In
Delegates may call the hotel locally at (416) 324-5621, or toll-free at 1-8663-SUTTON (1-866-378-8866) from anywhere in Canada or the United States.

Online*
Delegates may also make their reservations online through the hotels website,
http://www.toronto.suttonplace.com.

*Please note that online booking allows a maximum of three (3) people per room and requires delegates to call the hotel to change that to four (4) after booking should they want quadruple occupancy. Also know that you must book one room a a time when using online booking. As such, call-in booking is highly recommended for large delegations
